Phillips 66 Continental GmbH is a shareholder (18.75%) in the MiRO refinery in Karlsruhe. The office in Hamburg coordinates and manages all activities related to this share. This includes the selection and procurement of crude oil, operational planning for refinery production, and wholesale trading of the manufactured products.
Another key task is compliance with legal requirements and commercial development in the areas of GHG and FETS.
In addition, Phillips 66 Continental GmbH represents the company’s interests in various joint ventures related to the MIRO refinery, including GKG (Germany), Zeller (France), TAL (Italy, Austria, and Germany), and SPSE (France). Phillips 66 Continental GmbH is also a shareholder (35%) in the newly founded JET joint venture for the German retail business.
