Sustainable Aviation Fuel
Sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) is a combination of traditional jet fuel and renewable jet fuel. The renewable element is produced from sustainable feedstocks and is similar in its chemistry to traditional fossil fuel. SAF can reduce lifecycle carbon emissions by over 80% compared to the traditional jet fuel it replaces.
