As a member of the program, you are preapproved by Phillips 66 Aviation for fueling at all participating Phillips 66 Contract Fuel dealers. Just provide your company name and tail number, sign your invoice, and you’re ready to go. Participating members include major and regional passenger airlines, cargo, recreational, charter, corporate, commercial, air ambulance, firefighting, and other specialty operators.

Eligibility

In addition to serving charter and corporate clients, The Phillips 66 Aviation Contract Fuel Program is available for all operations including FAR 91, 121, 125, 135, and 137 operators, allowing for jet and avgas purchases at participating dealers.
