Aviation Contract Fuel Eligibility
In addition to serving charter and corporate clients, The Phillips 66 Aviation Contract Fuel Program is available for all operations including FAR 91, 121, 125, 135, and 137 operators, allowing for jet and avgas purchases at participating dealers.
Phillips 66 Avgas and Jet Fuel
Aviation Contract Fuel Program participants will have easy access to high-quality avgas and jet fuel through our network of branded FBOs. We refine Jet A and 100LL avgas to meet the requirements set by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).
How to Join Our Aviation Contract Fuel Program
Joining our aviation Contract Fuel Program is simple. Just fill out a form with information about your aircraft or fleet. After we receive your form, our sales team will connect with you to finish the process.
Accessing Your Invoice
After signing your contract and taking advantage of the contract fuel program, you’ll receive invoices twice monthly on the 15th and 30th.
You’ll review your invoice through Gateway, Phillips 66’s secure payment and account management portal, via PDF invoice delivery through email, or through an email statement summary. Payment can be made via EFT or ACH. Contract fuel participants will register for their Phillips 66 Gateway account after they join the program.
