Phillips 66 Aviation Soared with Recognition, Innovation and Connections at 2025 Schedulers & Dispatchers in New Orleans
HOUSTON – (April 4, 2025) – Phillips 66® Aviation let the good times roll at the 2025 Schedulers & Dispatchers event in New Orleans, bringing a vibrant mix of celebration, connections, innovation and heartfelt recognition to the aviation community. From March 25 – March 27, the event brought together aviation professionals for an immersive experience centered around scheduling and dispatching practices that drive business aviation forward. Attendees explored ways to enhance logistical planning and gained valuable insights through expert-led educational sessions. The dynamic exhibit hall provided networking opportunities, fostering meaningful connections that will help shape the future of business aviation.
Honoring Safety Excellence
The spotlight shined bright as Phillips 66® Aviation highlighted its commitment to aviation fuel safety and operational excellence by presenting the inaugural Phillips 66® Aviation Safe Sky Award to Business Jet (KDAL) from Dallas, Texas. The award recognized the FBO for its strong commitment to fuel safety, a principle embedded in every part of its operations. Guided by its core value of “Trusted Service,” Business Jet’s relentless pursuit of safety has set a new benchmark for operational excellence, serving as both a beacon of safety and a driving force for positive change in aviation fuel handling.
In a surprise moment, Phillips 66® Aviation also honored its very own Keith Clark with a Lifetime Achievement Award. Clark, a senior quality control & technical support rep and aviation fuel industry expert, was recognized for his dedication to advancing fuel safety practices and shaping industry standards. His impact has left an indelible mark on aviation fuel safety.

Cleared for Geaux — New Orleans Style
In addition to celebrating fuel safety leadership, the festivities continued at the lively “Cleared for Geaux” booth, where Phillips 66® Aviation brought the spirit of the Big Easy to life for Schedulers & Dispatchers visitors.
Attendees paraded down the fuel row and experienced the taste of New Orleans by collecting Cajun-inspired recipe cards from each Phillips 66® branded FBO for a chance to win exciting daily prizes, such as Kendra Scott jewelry, branded t-shirts and lunch kits. One lucky attendee walked away as the grand prize winner and received a brand-new Yves Saint Laurent handbag. The good times didn’t end there and select attendees that stayed for the Schedulers and Dispatchers Grand Prize happy hour received complimentary registration to NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference in 2026.
Fueling Connections
Guests met with representatives from Phillips 66® Aviation, Phillips 66® Aviation Contract Fuel, Phillips 66® Aviation Quality Control and Phillips 66® Aviation Lubricants, forging connections and sharing insights. They also mingled with Phillips 66® branded FBOs , including the Phillips 66® Aviation Safe Sky Award recipient.
