Phillips 66® Aviation proudly announces the Phillips 66 branded FBOs that were recognized in the 2026 Professional Pilot PRASE Survey. Additionally, Phillips 66® Aviation was once again ranked as one of the top Best Fuel Brands. In this year’s survey, three Phillips 66 branded FBOs were named among the prestigious list of the best U.S. FBOs, with additional recognition across the best small FBO chain and best large FBO chain categories.

The 53rd annual survey ranked both national and international FBOs for overall excellence. Professional Pilot subscribers scored a total of 1,150 U.S. FBO selections from 1 (poor) to 10 (excellent) in six categories: line team, customer service representatives (CSRs), facility, amenities, promptness and efficiency, and value for price. The annual Professional Pilot PRASE (Preferences Regarding Aviation Services and Equipment) Survey is an annual tabulation of customer opinions of aviation ground services. Executives in charge of flight departments, aviation managers, chief pilots, CEOs, and other qualified subscribers to Professional Pilot magazine are polled once a year in order to determine the PRASE Winners’ List.
