Phillips 66® Aviation is proud to recognize Ysabella Tetley, director of client and airport services at Henriksen Jet Center (KTME), who has been named a recipient of the National Business Aviation Association’s (NBAA) 2026 Business Aviation Top 40 Under 40 award. The prestigious and annual recognition celebrates rising leaders who are making an impact across the industry, advancing innovation, overcoming challenges and strengthening the future of business aviation.

Tetley’s path in business aviation started at Henriksen Jet Center, where she was recruited for her strong customer service skills. What began as a customer service role quickly grew into a career in aviation as she developed a passion for the industry.
Over the past eight years, Tetley has advanced through various roles at Henriksen Jet Center, moving from customer service representative to customer service manager and now director of client and airport services. In her current role, she supports operations at both Houston Executive Airport (KTME) and Austin Executive Airport (KEDC), while developing team members and creating opportunities for advancement.
Tetley’s People-First Approach to FBO Operations
Tetley brings a people-first approach to every aspect of the operation. By greeting customers on the ramp and supporting her team behind the scenes, she helps set the course for the FBO’s success and spearheads experiences that keep customers coming back. Her leadership has helped build Henriksen Jet Center’s reputation as a premier destination for business aviation travelers.
That focus on service is reflected in Henriksen Jet Center’s performance. In the 2026 AIN FBO Survey, Henriksen Jet Center at Houston Executive Airport ranked among the top 5% of FBOs in the Americas.

NBAA Business Aviation Top 40 Under 40
The NBAA Business Aviation Top 40 Under 40 is a peer-nominated recognition, with candidates nominated by industry members and final recipients selected by NBAA’s Young Professionals (YoPro) Council, a group of business aviation professionals and NBAA staff liaisons working to build relationships among the industry’s emerging leaders.
Tetley will join the 2026 Business Aviation Top 40 Under 40 class at NBAA-BACE, taking place Oct. 20-22 in Las Vegas, where attendees will have the opportunity to meet her, learn more about her work and celebrate her recognition.
