19 branded FBOs honored for outstanding operational excellence and commitment to customer service
Phillips 66® Aviation celebrates the achievements of its top-performing FBOs in the Aviation International News (AIN) 2026 FBO Survey. On March 26, the AIN 2026 FBO survey winners were announced at AIN’s FBO Dinner & Awards Gala, a prestigious event celebrating excellence in the business aviation industry at the Agora Theater and Ballroom in Cleveland, Ohio. Nineteen FBOs within the Phillips 66 branded network were honored for their outstanding operational performance and dedication to customer service.
According to the survey, four FBOs within the Phillips 66 Aviation network ranked in the top 5%, two in the top 10% and six in the top 20% of all FBOs in the Americas. The AIN 2026 FBO survey assesses FBOs on a scale from 1 to 5 across five categories: pilot amenities, facilities, passenger amenities, line service and customer service representatives. An FBO must demonstrate excellence across five categories to achieve the highest overall rankings.
“It’s incredible to see the continued success of our FBOs, and this year is no exception,” said Jennifer Claunch, Manager, Aviation Sales, Phillips 66. “We are pleased to see both our branded FBOs and other FBOs included in the AIN 2026 FBO Survey and recognize their excellence in customer service, operations and dedication to general aviation services.”
