Cupid must be running out of arrows in Borger, Texas.
When we found out two employees at the Phillips 66 Borger Refinery celebrated their engagement when they came to Houston Headquarters for training, we thought, “How sweet!”
When we found out there was another set of employees at Borger who are also engaged to each other, we thought, “Wow, doubly sweet!”
And when we found out there was a third set of employees at Borger engaged to each other, we thought, “There’s a story here.”
So in honor of Valentine’s Day, we’d like to introduce you to the couples: Bryce Alexander and Sydney Baysinger; Abbe Funk and Hayden Splechter; and Dodge Nily and Samantha Rodriguez Amador.
See below for how they met and when their wedding days are. While one of the weddings is in a few months, the two that are happening next year are being planned around turnaround activities.
Gotta love it.
